5. What happens if an item is out of stock?
All of the products that you see in our site are in stock and waiting to be shipped. However if by chance it happens that an item is out of stock we will notify the customer and will offer the customer the opportunity to substitute the item for another item in stock, remove it from the order, or place the order temporarily on hold until the item is in stock again. If a costumer chooses to remove the out of stock item from the order, a refund will be issued for the item including the difference in the shipping cost. If that is still unsatisfactory, we will then offer a full refund for the order.

6. If I leave the site and come back, will my shopping cart be remembered?
Yes,the contents of your cart are remembered always. When you return to our online website, all of your items will still be in your cart.

7. I have moved. How do I change my address and other contact info?

Damages to or omission of this box may result in a fee.

Unless you use the prepaid label within the timeline detailed below, watchesmoon does not assume returnshipping costs. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return or added to your exchange order.

Refunds & Processing Time
If your package arrives at Watchmmon within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Watchmoon.
